These are my own recipes that I developed to have 20g of carbs or lower, per portion. They also happen to be Gluten free!
Recipes with reduced quantity of ingredients. Suitable for single people, 2 person households & those one diets who don't want the temptation to eat 12 cupcakes themselves!
Recipes using whole-wheat flour instead of heavier white flour.
'Healthier' sweet bakes using less or no refined white sugar, and/or wholwheat flour.
Recipes with 20g carb or lower and smalle number of portions/servings
